Cancer Symptoms:

Not sure if there were any. I did notice a small bump on my lower front abdomen. Also felt pressure on my bladder and occassional pain in my belly prior to bowel movements.

Surgery Description, Dates & Side Effects:

Had ultrasound on 2/19, which discovered a mass on my right ovary. Had a hysterectomy on 2/27/08, where they discovered and removed Stage 1c ovarian cancer (endometrioid). They also decided to remove my appendix, although no cancer was there.

Chemotherapy Description, Dates & Side Effects:

One treatment so far on 3/23. Side effects for two days included exhaustion beyond sleepiness, nausea and depression. I’m so glad it only lasted 2 days! Constipation and painful bowel movements.
